Solution Tree named Talley a Model PLC Campus for showing a sustained commitment to collaboration, learning and data-driven results. The recognition also reflects the school’s willingness to adapt its practices and structure in support of these goals.

“This recognition affirms the heart of who we are as a campus — a team of educators deeply committed to collaboration, continuous growth and doing whatever it takes to help every student succeed,” said principal Jamie Peden. “We’re proud of the work we’ve done, and even more excited about where we’re headed.”

Talley Elementary School’s educators are recognized for three key areas of success for a Professional Learning Community:

  • A focus on learning.
  • A collaborative culture.
  • A results-driven orientation
